So you keep repeating the same sequences, getting the same frustration, watching your motivation bleed out. Every class here starts with an assessment. The sequence that follows is built around what you actually need. You're in a group class doing your own work, with cues specific enough to follow through on. If you want to sweat and stretch and follow along, this isn't for you. If you want a class that looks like that from the outside but is actually doing something real on the inside, you're home.
