Learn to sequence and cue a trauma-informed yoga class. What are some dos and don'ts so we maintain a space that is sensitive to different traumas?

Each day will begin with a 2.5 hour practice of asana, ceremony and meditation. Practices will be focused around working with your own trauma so you will better understand how to effectively work with your students' needs.
