Most movement classes teach you what to do. This one figures out what you actually need first.

Most movement classes give everyone the same cues. This one doesn't. Before class, a short assessment determines which side your body needs to work from first. The cues that follow are specific to your result. You're in a group class doing your own work. Same session, different experience depending on what your body actually needs that day. Built on intrinsic core stability, kinesiology, and biomechanics that keeps up with the research. If you want to follow along and sweat, this isn't for you. If you want a class that looks generic from the outside but is doing something real on the inside, you're home.

Can not make it live? Every class is recorded and inside the library within 24 hours.
