The premise
The body has been trying to tell you something for years. Most practitioners are too busy applying technique to hear it.
Dharma Body is built on one idea. Give the body what it has been denied, the nourishment, the space, the quality of attention it needs to stop bracing, and it will speak freely. Train your hands to be quiet enough, precise enough, still enough, and you will hear the truth it has been carrying.
That is the curriculum. Everything else is the method for getting there.
Brian Campbell feeds the body. Myofascial release, structural mapping, fascial lines freed from decades of compensatory holding. He gives the body the physical conditions it needs to stop gripping and start communicating. He teaches the body the way a gardener teaches soil: with patience, with specificity, with the understanding that Jaboticaba takes twelve to fourteen years to fruit and the body will do what it needs to do if you give it what it needs first.
Jambo Truong listens to what the body says once it has been fed. Still point technology, cranial holds, bone holds, somatic holds, acupressure at the extraordinary meridian access points. These are a disciplined practice of asking a question with precision and waiting in genuine silence for the answer. The signal that the body has answered is observable and teachable: a shift in breath, a change in tissue texture, a change in cranial rhythm, the specific relief in the receiver that is nothing like performed relaxation and completely unmistakable once you have felt it.
The morning is the real work. Every day before you put your hands on anyone else, you receive what you are about to give. Movement, self bodywork, meditation, your own held patterns releasing, your own nervous system quieting, your own body beginning to speak. You arrive in the afternoon already knowing from the inside what nourishment feels like. The afternoon is the proof of the morning.
Seven days. Two teachers. One body of work. The guru is inside. This training teaches you to hear it.
Who Is This For
People who have a deep reverence for the human body and a genuine belief in what it is capable of. People who have spent years following systems and are ready to work out how to integrate what they know into something that actually works. Anyone who has ever put their hands on a body, or felt the pull of wanting to, and sensed that there was something more available if they could just learn to hear it properly.
You do not need a specific number of training hours. You need to care about this work at a level that makes seven days feel like not enough time.
The Daily Rythm
Morning: The practitioner receives first. Meditation, movement, and self bodywork, training your own body to release, quiet, and speak before you ask the same of anyone else. The morning is the real work. The afternoon is the proof of it.
10.30 to 12.30: Technical teaching and guided exploration
12.30 to 2.30: Lunch
2.30 to 5.30: Supervised partner practice and application, with hands-on correction from the teaching team throughout, and verbal feedback exchanged between partners on what released and what did not
18 practitioners maximum, supported by a wider teaching team in the room. Every afternoon's partner practice includes direct tactile correction of vector, depth, contact speed, and sequencing. The full day is broadcast live for online attendees
The Seven Day Progression
The week moves through a single arc: nourish, quiet, listen, hear. Brian's work feeds the body's structure. Jambo's work trains the hands to hear what the body says once it can speak freely. Each day builds what the next day needs.
*Day 1: Tracking the rhythm of the waves*
Still point technology I, cranial holds, head, neck, occiput, sacrum
The first day establishes the primary skill the entire week is built on: the ability to be still enough to feel something subtle. Morning self bodywork begins training that quality in your own body. Technical session introduces the cranial hold at the occiput and sacrum, teaching the hands to distinguish cranial rhythm from breath wave and fascial movement. Afternoon partner practice refines that distinction until the difference is unmistakable.
*Day 2: Awe of the landmarks*
Structural mapping and fluid body, feet, ankles, knees, pelvis
Morning practice grounds awareness in the lower body. Technical session maps the foot, ankle, tibia, fibula, knee, and pelvis through eyes-closed relational tracking, building structural literacy through direct palpation rather than visual reference. Fluid body principles support drainage and ease through the lower limb. Afternoon application integrates structural mapping with fluid touch.
*Day 3: Awe of the lines*
Myofascial release I, lower back, hips, hamstrings
Morning movement connects sensing to line awareness. Technical session follows the superficial back line and deep longitudinal sling through the lower body, with focus on compensatory patterns in the lower back and hip complex. Afternoon practice develops sustained fascial contact and the ability to read global patterns across the whole lower body rather than isolated sites.
*Day 4: Resonating intent*
Still point technology II, bone holds, somatic holds, and acupressure at the extraordinary meridians, dan tian, lower back, cranium
Morning meditation deepens practitioner coherence. Technical session moves through bone holds and somatic holds, then introduces acupressure at the extraordinary meridian access points of the Chong Mai, Ren Mai, and Dai Mai, with focus on the dan tian and lower back. Afternoon extends into full sequencing across cranium, dan tian, and lower back in combination, training the hands to read genuine tissue release through observable changes in breath, tissue texture, and cranial rhythm. The morning is the real work. The afternoon is the practitioner discovering what their own morning prepared them to give.
*Day 5: Heart through hand mapping*
Myofascial release II, sternum, heart, shoulders, neck, elbow, hand
Morning movement opens the thoracic spine and shoulder girdle from the inside. Technical session maps the superficial front line and arm lines from sternum through shoulder, elbow, and hand. Afternoon practice builds upper limb assessment and release strategy for the shoulder and neck complex.
*Day 6: Dan Tian*
Myofascial release III and abdominal integration, lower abdomen, core, central axis
Morning meditation connects to the central axis from within. Technical session orients to the lower abdomen, tracks density and restriction at the dan tian, and applies spiraling contact toward center along the deep front line. Afternoon practice integrates breath mechanics and abdominal release as one connected system rather than two separate interventions.
*Day 7: The finishing touch*
Reflexology-informed foot and head holds, integrative closure, feet, head, full body
Morning practice stabilizes presence and grounding. Technical session applies reflexology-informed holds at the feet and head as entry and exit points for a complete treatment arc. Afternoon sequences myofascial release and still point technology into one opening-to-closing treatment with everything from the previous six days in your hands. On day one you could not hear the body. On day seven you can.
Your Teachers

The structure
Seven days. Morning and afternoon sessions. One afternoon off in the middle. Every day builds a direct, unmediated relationship with your own body intelligence.
Day one: The frame
Ceremonial opening. Why the existing models are insufficient. What it means to have the body as your primary teacher. Setting the container.
Each morning: Meditation + Movement or Self Bodywork
30 minutes meditation. 75–90 minutes alternating between movement therapy and co-taught self bodywork. Brian and Jambo share the floor, taking people into depth together. Approx. 2.5 hours.
Each afternoon: Theory, Technique + Bodywork Exchange
One hour of bodywork theory with hands-on technique exploration. One hour given, one hour received. Every practitioner gets a full hour on the table. Approx. 3 hours.
Mid-retreat: Afternoon off
The body processes. Integration is not optional. It is the work.
Days 5–7: Integration + Advanced Practice
Brian and Jambo converge. Advanced bodywork, peer teaching, and the synthesis of everything the body has shown you across the week.
Day seven: Ceremonial closing
What does a daily relationship with your body look like outside this container. How to sustain the feed and the listen when you return to your life.
