12-16 November 2026

Meditate at sacred mountain temples. Practice yoga under the sun. Build merit in living Buddhist tradition.

This is a five day immersion into the spiritual heart of Northern Thailand.

We move.

We meditate.

We give.

We awaken.

Join us in Chiang Mai for five days of embodied practice, cultural immersion, and contemplative depth in one of Southeast Asia’s most spiritually vibrant regions.

This retreat weaves together daily yoga, guided meditation, temple pilgrimage, and meaningful cultural experiences to create a powerful and grounded container for inner clarity.

The Experience

Sacred Dawn Practice

We begin with traditional almsgiving at the Kruba Srivichai monument at the base of Doi Suthep. Participating in this long standing ritual of generosity connects us to the living stream of Thai Buddhist culture and builds the energetic foundation for deeper meditation.

Mountain Temple Meditation

At Wat Phra That Doi Suthep we practice Loving Kindness meditation overlooking the city. The expansive view naturally supports a wide and open state of awareness.

Forest Temple Stillness

At Wat Pha Lat and Wat Umong we meditate within forest sanctuaries known for their contemplative atmosphere.

Here we explore:

Merit as inner strength

Bodhicitta as committed compassion

Impermanence as clarity and presence

These teachings move from concept into lived experience.

Compassion in Action

A visit to Elephant Nature Park allows compassion to become embodied through ethical conservation and care.

Daily Yoga and Meditation

Each day includes:

* Guided meditation sessions

* Yoga practices designed to stabilise and open the body

* Group reflection and integration

* Cultural exploration in Chiang Mai

The body supports the mind. The environment supports depth.
