In higher yoga tantra, after the visualisations and the accumulations, there is a moment where you dissolve everything back into emptiness. The Himalayan Buddhists build intricate sand mandalas over weeks and wipe them away in a single gesture. That dissolution is not the end of the practice. It is the point of it. What remains when you let it all go is what was always already there.
We begin on the Taurus new moon. May 17th. Taurus is the most embodied sign of the zodiac. The energy of slowing down, grounding in the body, finding value in stillness. It is the most fitting moment to plant something that grows quietly.
We are also in Snake month. In the lunisolar calendar the Snake does not chase. It waits. It uses silence as strategy. It knows that the most precise movement comes after the deepest stillness. This is not a coincidence. This is the medicine the season is already offering. We are simply choosing to accept it.
This is the Mycelium Mandala. The container we rest inside for 28 days. Not something we build. Something we remember we were always already part of. Existence is already existing. You are the one who thinks you need to do something to get somewhere.
The recordings will sound like meditations. They are pointing instructions. The oldest form of transmission there is. Morning version. Night version. Something to drop into whenever you have the cheek to stop pushing on a day you thought you had to.
Whether your session looks like one minute of silence, a mindful walk, a nap you actually let yourself take, or twenty minutes of sitting, the point is the same. You plug into what has always been there. You restore your nervous system. You retrain your whole being that you are worth the rest you need.
