Every session follows a clear structure. We begin with grounding. Side lying near a wall, legs settled, nervous system starting to land. Gentle contact around the head, neck, and jaw. This is where we observe breathing, tension patterns, and overall tone before we do anything else.
Then the Signature Five Hold Protocol. Five foundational contacts that organise the body from head to ground. Cranial base. Jaw and temple. Sternum and diaphragm. Sacrum and lower abdomen. Foot grounding hold. These prepare the body for still point work by guiding awareness through the central axis.
Then the still point arrangements. Specific combinations of contact points that access the extraordinary meridians, the primary meridians, and the myofascial lines of the body. The body responds with slower breathing, warmth through the tissue, subtle unwinding, and deeper calm.
No force. No manipulation. Just presence, precision, and the body doing what it already knows how to do.
